Labour Day!!!!

It is May already. That so fast. Yesterday is my last day at Universal Studios Singapore as a regular part tmer. I just resign from that position. After 5 month of working there, it is really a fun place to work in. Learn alot of things, from site office to park opening. Experiencing walking around constuction area. Wearing helmet, safety vest and boot. First one to do the very first spiel to the real guests. Not many people can experience it, unless you are working there at that time.

But than, from today onward I will be a full timer in Universal Studios Singapore. Although job scope is still the same, there will be more challenge coming. Especially handling demanding guests and all sort of funny funny guests. The best guests is the kids running around the park. They are so cute. haha~ So fun talking to them.

Today is my first day of work and is labour day. haha~ Not working on the 1st day of my work. wooooo~~~

Working on the first day of park opening. The first to start the spiel for my preshow. Speiling to 20 people. Although it not as much, but first to do it for the opening. Really exciting and nervious. Maximum i had done is 377 people. haha~ very good respond from the guest. The feeling is really different when people respose to you.

Went to play after off work. Played battlestar galactica cylon and human than played 2 time of return of the mummy. Than on the very next day, went back to play cylon. Shiok sia. Play 4 times. From grabbing the belt to grabbing the seat to hands up in the air. haha~ Really fun.

Ladies and gentlemen, you have to go and try it out.

some update

woohoo~~ Finally, the park is open to public. Working on the first day of the team members and family day. Though I did not serve the first customer that enter my attraction, but I am the first to do the spiel for my first show. Really excited. Starting from the queue spiel that I can't see the guest. Than let them enter into my "dungeon". Looking at the guest coming in, spieling to the guest which I try to remember for a very long time. Wishing that guests will respond which they did. It really feel good. Doing a straight 3 shows make me more and more confident. After every show and send them into the main chamber really make me feel shiok. Every show have dfferent kind of guests. Different situation in the threatre and the immediate respond have to be correct and no mistake should be make. Sending people to the correct place. What ever you say is very important. Stopping people from doing thing that they shouldnt do is really a hard thing. But so far the guest are really cooperative. The main problem is when the park is really officially open to the public. They will be many kinds of situation to handle. Hope I can really do it.

Another thing is, I finally get hold of something that I wanted and dreaming of for the last 2 - 3 years. From EOS to Alpha than now back to EOS. And finally the new launch, I really cant resist already. So i bought it. Canon EOS 550D. wootz!! Haven try it out outside yet. cAuse currently I don't have the time. But I try it out at home. Really amazing. Haha. Anyway I had use 500D and 450D before, so I think 550D is really a good update (obviously right). Since 550D is an upgrade of 500D, of cause it will be better. haha~ Will try to go out someday to shoot photo.

3rd thing is, I bought S.H.E concert ticket. Yeah!! I am finally going to their concert again. Although I miss the last year one because of no money. haha.

4th thing is, Scuderia Ferrari is back with their F10. Wonderful car. Really nice race yesterday from Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. Following Sebastian Vettel all the way and wait for chance to overtake. And they finaly have the chance where Vettel just damage his exhaust and allow the both Ferrari to overtake and took down 1 and 2 on the podium. Great job Ferrari. I can see Ferrari raising the Constructor Championship again.

oh ya~ I just browse back 1 year ago. On march 13 2008, I blog about Alpha 350 and on march 13 2010 i bought EOS 550D. haha~ unbelievable.

weeeeeeeeeeeee!! my long long break has ended. Tomorrow will start to work. Park is gonna open soon. So excited. woohoo~~

What have I done during the break.

Starting from Thursday.

Went to ice skating. My first even skating. haha~ Having real fun over there. Than after that head to bowling.

Than on Saturday.

It is soccer time. Went to cage to play. Nothing to say. It is just fun. Haha. Just bring back some injuries as souvenior. Lol.

Than on Sunday.

It is beach time. This is the first time where i went to Sentosa but not to work. but is to play. woohoo~ Than head to my colleague house to play and went back home at the next day morning.

And last is today Wednesday.

Went to Kbox to sing. $8 per head for 3hr. Having fun. And than sit down somewhere and chit chat with 2 siao char bo. haha~ real fun.

Conclusion, I really spend alot during this long break. haha~ Tomorroew gonna start work liao and I am prepare for it. Tomorrow IT show. I am gonna get 550D~ hope I can get it. hehe.

Yeah!! So happy. Today went to work and get to test Jurassic Park Rapid Adventure. Haha. After the first ride i was not wet and I keep laughing at those got wet de. Than I went for the second times and Im the only one wet. haha.

Another thing is I suddenly notice that I edited so many photo but now than i realise that i did not upload ost of it. haha~

First of all, Happy Chinese New Year. I am still not late to greet. Haha.

Haven been blogging cause I have been working. Was pretty tired. Everyday will try to sleep early. And the timing to go work become earlier or if 2nd shift will go home late. Almost everyday at work will have to go under the sun than go into freezer room. But!!! I really enjoy the curent job.

And finally the park is open to public for preview. Watching people coming in and went home happily make me feel so good. Although I'm not fully involve in the first day and totally not involve in the 2nd day. So excited in seeing the park attraction open officially. I am surely going for a marathon at Battlestar Calatica Cyclon front seat.

Went to RWS hotel to walk walk after work. It was beautiful. Even never go into the room, by walking in the hotel is good enough. BUt one day, I will book one room and stay there for a day. Which hotel? That must be Hard Rock Hotel.

Didnt take the interior. It was fantastic. Rockers and non rockers should go and take a look.

Before going to Hard Rock. We went to see the casino which has not start operating.

Somewhere around the ballroom.

That all that I have take. Someday you all should visit.

After that went to vivo and chill out with a bunch of crazy fellow.

After so long, I am back. Just some little update.

Was working all along. Meeting company big boss, "Park" international big boss, MM Lee and many many VIP. ONly left out was the preident. Just nice that day I was not working.

I am starting to get busy day by day. More training and test coming up next. Haiz. And some big big news in singapore gonna be release soon. Everybody was asking about. Some news has already release too. hehe. So looking forward to it and meeting people from all around the world.

and lastly, construction are still going on. Hope everyone will look forward to "it" and viist "it" too. keke.

Seriously, I am very tired. Body is aching. Next week schedule was out. Expected, My shift was all midnight shift till 4am. Cause this week I was working afternoon shift. I think I will get more thing to eat and drink there. Although rules say cannot, but who care. No high level supervisor or manager around.

AH man~ Just had my dinner, yes it is at this time. Today fnish work quite late. Need to do some last min training.

Today whole day was in a dark room controlling some console. Need to do teting, so need to test and test and test and doing the same thing throughout. But overall is still OK.

Will be working on New Year Eve and New Year itself. Actually it doesnt matter to me, cause I am not celebrating it too.

really getting more and more excited when it draw nearer and nearer to the copletion date.

Yes~ Today is my official day to go to the site to work. Previously was just training.

Went to the site office in the morning, first thing is go eat breakfast that was provided free to the staff. Than went back to sign in, was ask to go to a meeting room. Than person in charge bring out notes, hand it to every new guys. Than ask to read and will be tested later. I was like OMG!! SO the whole day was to read and read and try to understand.

That today jobscope. Next working day will be on Thursday. Same thing again,I hope I will be able to pass the test.

starting a new environment

Yesh! Finally, i am going to start work. Whatever I do now will be totally different from what i should do or what i had learn from school. I am currently changing my career path and I don't know I will switch back to my old line anot. If I gonna change back, I will have lot of thing to catch up.

This job gonna stay at least for quite some time. I was schedule to go down to the site on Tuesday. Hope everything went fine and I can enjoy working there.

Helmet and boot will be wear during work.

Training Day 3

today is the last and final training at the site office before heading down to the site. so today training si on SOP and we are unable to go down to the site. We can only stay at the office which is a container. Why we can't head down to the site? Is because we don't have license to do so. We need to complete the course and apply for license.

And than the lesson go on and on untill 8.30pm. I don't know when is the next working day. The next working day should be able to head down to the site with boots, vest and helmet. Pretty excited to see everything built up from a piece of plain land.

Same as yesterday, wake up early and head to the bus stop. And 好死不死 board the same bus that i was complaining yesteday. Slow as usual. But still manage to reach in time. Today training was a fun and relac one, enjoy it.

So this is the end of my training in class. Wednesday and Thursday will be an off day. Friday will head down to the site and everything will start from there.

Wake up early in the morning to go all the way to Jurong for training. I took a very slow bus to Paya Lebar MRT station. Really cannot tahan while you see alot of buses cutting my bus. And I was rushing for time cause I don't know what time ei will reach my destination.

And luckily I manage to reach in time.

Training went well. Didn't feel sleepy at all. Speaker was really entertaining. Except for the 2nd speaker.

Looking forward for Day 2 which is tomorrow.

26th nov 2009
Wake up early in the morning 6am. Slept for 4hrs only. Really long time didnt sleep so little already. Went to pandan gardan to do something. Was really far. than came back at around 1pm, than accompany my father to hospital for a quite chckup with my sister.

Than went home to sleep for 1 or 2hrs. Me and my sister went out together. Meeting my sister sis. Eat, walk walk and took photos at orchard. Went to cineleisure kbox till 12am. Than head to eat and home sweet home.

27th nov 2009
Was feeling really tired the whole day. Wake up in the morning, Eat than went back to sleep. wake up ate dinner and sleep quite early also. I spent almost whole day sleeping on a public holiday. Anyway it doesnt make any different to me. Holiday and no holiday is the same. haha.

Monday i need to go pandan garden again. 2 days training. I think I will sleep half way. haha. Hope not. It is the feeling of going back to school. Wake up early in the morning, go to school study full day and went home sleep. Than wake up same thing again. Anyway, its just 2 day, bare with it. I can do it.

today went for an interview for for a job in Universal studio singapore. interview went smoothly. it is a part time job whle i think full time is already fill up. if im selected i think this job gonna keep me occupied till after new year or chinese new year, than will start looking for full time job again.

normally private windows/wall/ceiling contractor will go around hdb going door to door asking house owner whether their house ceiling got any problem, window got spoilt anot. i think most encounter before. so normally people will just say no, no need any repair and they will go away.

and WTF is. my neighbor told the contractor that my house bathdoor window spoilt. WTF!!!

(becos my house bathroom window slanted so i took the plate out, and it leave a hole there. i live in the top storey so nobody will be able to peep from tp also. so i didnt care.)

so if someone told the contractor this. there is no way you will be able to reject liao. cos they will bring up HDB lar this lar that lar. becos they know you have something spoilt liao right. than they talk and talk and talk and brng all the big shot out. cant reject also. now have to pay money to make the windows. knn!!!

went to watch F1 practice on friday. it was great man. the sound was shiok. i bought a earplug but didnt use it at all. keke~ was enjoying the sound. vroom vroom.

before going into the F1 area. me, my sis and my sis friend went to eat at shokudo.

than went into F1 boundary

first practise kickoff with formula BMW pratice

after formula BMW practice ended. track marshal were walking around the track to look for debris and ensure the safety of the next practise.

and than the formula one practice started at 6pm sharp. all cars came out for installation lap.

unable to capture a nice nice car due to camera. so~~~ instead of capturinf still image. i took video.

after i merge the video. i realise that most of it was from redbull. but nvm lar. the sound is more important. haha~

the place was full of stall selling same merchandise. duhz~~

great experience~

im back with a long post mainly made up with picture. but before i start, i want to rant abit first.

here i go,

kaoz, cao kuku to that DSLR user. DSLR is big enough liao, u still add this add that and make it so big. so big liao still come bully my little old camera. camera big nvm. i know to make it good u need alot of gadget. big ok but what the hell u yourself also eat until so fat for what. push here push there.

and than to the potential otaku that stand infront of me. you are really smelly. sorry if the smell does not come from you (it may be the fat asrh beside me). but u are infront of me and my nose is behind you. you gundu head smelly arsh~ cant even pronouce 0 properly. is zero not c o. anyway we make a good laugh. ok. the story is the mc was asking a question and this guy raise his hand very fast and answer c o gundam. the mc said ish wrong. the answer was actually 0(zero) gundam. but we prnouce it as O(oh) gundam. bleh. ok end of ranting.

went to gundam fiesta today. the fiesta started at 2nd sept 2009 which is the same day as japan having their fiesta. it will end next sunday. location at sengkang compass point. gundam fanatic should head over to have a look. it has all the gundam from the very first gundam RX78 to the newest unicorn. anyway they said that unicorn animation series will be going to air at febuary like that.

really what ever gundam you know or dunno is there. and they are selling it too. mostly MG version. MG is like 100+ de lar. see alot of daddy buy for their son. so sad. no money no talk lor. can only see. and they are havng free workshop too. sign up, they will give you a HG version of gundam and hey will teach you how to go about building it.

went to STCGC 09 today. wake up quite early and went there early to avoid crowd. got to the entrance, it was wah~ chio bu~ good good~ haha no picture cause don't dare to take.

a surprise party for kevin and kaye. organise by jiayi and alaric(i suppose). it was at alaric condo function room. a very fun and enjoyable time. so happy birthday to them though it is over. haha~~

went to collect 29" TV. it is really big. cant imagine i can put one at my home. haha.

before collecting the TV. me, my sis, bro in law and 1 of ther friend went to jalan kayu to makan prata. expensive and serving standard getting worst and worst.

than head to collect TV.

than reach home and connect here and there to test. working great.

than went to china town to makan porridge. went to walk walk around china town with sis and head to vivo to walk walk.

my sis bought me a zara polo tee. guess how much??? i think you won't believe it. haha... it is only $19.90. cheap right. haha.

omg~ Massa was hit on his head by something while he was doing his lap for Q2 just now. that thing was to say that it was drop from Ruben Barrichello (Brawn GP driver). Massa was send to hospital for checkup. Was told that he was fine. hope he is ok for tomorrow race.

yoyoyo~ sunday night. around 10.30pm, went out for a walk. enjoy the lonely windy night. feeling shiok. feel like drinking tea. went to 7 eleven to look for my all time favourite mineshine. it was full stock in the fridge and displaying outside too. check and check. no offer, and was ot $1.70 too. it was back to the original prce $2.50. so decided not to buy. but i saw another attractive offer. pokka 3 for $3. wah seh. mai tu liao. buy 6 immediately. haha.

and also hooted the Big M Strawberry milk. no picture. cause drink it on the way back. feel so full after drinking it. shiok. may go and hoot few more pokka tea before it end. if im not wrong it was near end of august.

that time i went to macdonald to buy food. just because i know the all time favourite garlic chilli is back. so i went to take away. but the chilli is the previous de. i was like WTH!!! than i ask for garlic chilli sauce. but the auntie say that cilli long time dun have liao. i was like WTH!!!x2. ok nvm~ than i go to take straw for my drink. and wala~ the self service chilli sauce container wriiten. GARLIC CHILLI IS BACK. bleh~ knn it only for dine in? or they bluff me because they are just trying to clear stock. PUI~~

my desktop crash again. and this time i had tried to recover it for 2 days but fail. in the end i need to get a new harddisk. haiz~ damage $80+. i think i got carrot head. but nvm lar. once i bought it and went home to fix it. i realise that the power plug is wrong. omg~ i went back to get a new power connector. it was $8. so i ask for cheaper. that guy shake head and say $6 lor. than i say $5 lar. than he say ok straight away. i think i got carrot head once again. and now my desktop has a new harddisk. hope windows 7 faster release, so i can change. i hope you all understand what im trying to say in the previous line. keke~

just came back.. woohoo. went to watch transformer. i think it worth the price. but sad thing for those looking for a good story line. but if you are looking for action pack movie. you definitely cannot miss this. it was wonderful. 95% of the shw was fill out with all sort of pew pew pew and boom boom boom. it was really nice. should catch it if you haven.

ok. during the movie. i encounter a really funny thing. a guy who is siting beside me freak me out. he was quite well build. with muscle all over. but but but....

when all those sudden boom came. he will jump up and give 1 freaking gay sound and hug the next GUY who watch with him. kaoz~ really gayish sia.

went to genting with my sis and brother in law. he drove in. realy long trip~ first time having such a long trip. going up was ok for me~ just a big of ear stuck. but the poor subaru cant climb.

went to genting just to walk walk and see the casino. than head to KL on the next day.

7 days has pass. have not been blogging often liao. cause i had no event to blog about.

just accompany kevin to sim lim to fix his laptop. and nothing much.

and i bought mineshine milk tea again. 2 days ago i bought it at $1.30 and now the price went up to $1.70. bleh~ but i still bought it. 2 some more.

tomorrow is dragonboat festival. so i went to buy dumpling. to my surprise, the price went up double. sian.

and last thing is, my DKNY watch is back alive after 2 years. haha~ i went to pacfic plaza to change batteries (actually was to chage strap for my adidas candy de). adidas candy need to wait 1 week. and DKNY batteries was $20,adidas candy strap $45. faintz~ money keep flowing out where there is no in.

before i go into sport. i have something to say first. i had been accepted fr a job in sale executive. but i rejected once again. hearing some advice from family and friends. so now im looking for job again. wah lah!!!

ok~ today sport all cramp together.

5pm - SBL playoff semi final game 3 dachin vs pu yuan
7pm - SBL playoff semi final game 3 taiwan beer vs yulon
8pm - F1 race day spain
8.30pm - manchester united vs manchester city
11pm - arsenal vs chelsea

SBL is so exciting that i really dont wanna miss it.

F1 is also gonna be exciting with all the small team coming strong and ferrari having a new diffuser and was running good during free practise.

manchester is also exciting while liverpool won yesterday.

arsenal and chelsea im not really interested. haha. because they are fighting for nothing. maybe a 3rd 4th placing.

SBl has ended their 3rd playoff dachin has won 3 all 3 match and went into final earliy. while taiwan beer and yulon i didnt watch due to crash with F1 and manchester match. but i recorded. will watch right after the arsenal match. but if arsenal match is boring. i may watch early.

i had watched taiwan beer against yulon. damn exciting. but yesterday one is most exciting. taiwan beer from lose to a draw and head into the extra time than win it. today was lose more than 10point and fight back abd win the game. that was just incredible.

next week will be final game 1. taiwan beer vs dachin. dachin the only team that import oversea player. size and height win over taiwan beer. will taiwan beer win their 3rd consecutive champion? or dachin will win and destroy taiwan beer 3 consecutive dream? will see next week. hohoho.

F1 is yet boring also. with an excitment during the start 4 car crashes at the 1st corner. the rest was dissapointing with kimi out of the race due to car faulty. massa has to finish the race with the left over fuel and drop 2 places just to keep his fuel to the end of the race. brawn again in the podium 1 n 2.

machester united won 2 - 0 over manchester city. nice play. with a reflection from CR7 freekick and tevez beatiful shot.

2nd interview

ok i went for the 2nd interview today. went quite well. involve in the company meeting (or should i say a gathering). they does these everytime before heading to the event. quite fun.

and i went to the event also to take a look. i could only say it is quite hard to get people to listen to you. ya. now you should know what kind of job le ba. but salary wise quite attractive if you are willing to strive. 3 head per day will let you earn almost 2.5k. so the more the merrier. if constatly got 12 head per week. you will be promoted to team leader which u will earn even more. and so on...

i duno i am up for this job. but i think i am going to try it. hope i can huat big big.

and and and to day event is a good one. keke. know why? because i went with 1 guy and 4 ladies. and all 4 are freaking younger than me.

than taiwan beer only get to score 2 points in the extra time. cant believe it. and yulon got 12 points.

the rain start pouring heavily during aroung 20 lap like that. the race ended without completing. so the first right driver at the stop of the match will get half of the respective point because the race was not 75% completed.

have seen the new system (KERS). can be quite useful but it may make the vehicle heavy. next race i malaysia. hope ferrari can get something back~

hmm~ i also dunno what did i do after IT showcase. But i register for those job website and send out my resume. got some reply but it was job that are not related to what im doing. like insurance agent? graphic designer? some marketing duno what. hard time finding job sia.

went to IT show, alot of thing to get but no money. so see see look look. going to get a new desktop. hope i can get a job so i can get a new desktop at PC fair.

went shawn house to play rockband with kaye and derrick. pretty fun playing. i like to play drum. haha. and bass also (but normal only) lol. we also play wii. wii is so fun. play bowling (i lose =( so sad). than tennis. me n shawn tag, win kaye n derrick. haha~ we won all (around 5 to 6 game ba). lol went eat and gossip (i love gossip) lol~ than send derrick home and than went home.

next day went to jobsDB fair with derrick, shawn and yiling. no job to take up also. so sian. than we went to food fair. i bought a $4 big chee pai. keke~ shawn bought ba zhang, some puff and pie from pie kia. than we had to adidas sale. need to que t go in. que for quite some time. went in and feel cheated. so sad. so little stuff and all old stuff. and i dun think it was heap also. wanted to get a track shoe so i can go run. haiz. than head to robinson sale. bought a big packet of m&m for $5 sharing with derrick. he bought a jack daniel chocolate. 2 for $10 so we share. than went back home.

today was quite sad. both my favourite team lose to a not so good team. 1 is taiwan beer from SBL. they lose to taiwan university 73 - 70. so sad. than man utd lose to fulham 2 - 0. that very sad lar. man utd will not have vidic, scholes and rooney next match. haiz. stupid referee.

anyway hope man utd will becum better after their international break. and tomorrow taiwan beer have another match. hope they can win.

todya went for a farewell ceremony. as usual it was just talk and talk and talk by course manager. and was shown a video that was created by my classmate. it was funny. ya~ that all. than lunch.

and the IT project showcase start. i can say no one is interested in my project cause it was not interactive at all. my was an elearning. i think for the pass 5hrs i only presented to less than 10 group of ppl ba. stand for 5hrs and my leg is so tired. ya~ i will post photo if the person take got send me.

was preparing what to wear tomorrow. pick up a pants and try it on. it was too long. and so decided to diy the length.

i got a very old type of sewing machine but seem like it is not working anymore. even if it work, i also dunno how to use. so decided to use needle and thread. what i can say is, i found my other talent. hohoho!! it was so success man. if look from far you cant see anything. though it is not perfectly done. but it was a good one. hohoho.

and seriously i dont like the picture use in the project showcase pdf file. guess it will becum a broucher to give out on that day.

today was told that the project showcase team will be having a full dress rehearsal. which mean have to wear foramlly. director of IIT sch will come down and see your project.

was told to be ready 10am. wake up early to iron my short than reach school around 9.30am. so wait and wait and wait. was told that director will come at 12.15pm like that. so we head to get our breakfast and head back and prepare before 12.

as plan yesterday. plan to go gai gai today, and i did. didnt want to ask anybody just to save my breath. haha~ cause i know they won't go if there ain't any entertainment. today was just plainly walk walk see see look look only.

went to suntec. thinking of heading to convention centre for the career and education fair. but i didn't. than went to toy r us. was looking for gundam 00 00 and 0 raiser. cause i know it has just release. saw it in toy r us there. they were suppose to be together but toy r us sold seperately.

i though it was too expensive. so i head to the place where sell toys (somewhere near the place where they sell sword). it didnt sell 0 raiser only sell 00. with the same price. so decided not to buy.

so im heading back to heartland mall, cause i know there got 1 shop selling that also. but it was close with light on. guess the person went to toilet. so thinking~ aiya forget it. and went back home.

hello guys~
im back for the update.

went to kluang for holiday. not as what i had expected to be. but it is fun though. kluang s a very small city. nothing much there also. there was 2 malls there. 1 old and 1 new. old de is selling more toward vcd all that. and the new one is just like a normal shopping mall in singapore.

first stop:

The organic park.

than continue heading toward the city:

i snap myself (haha)

we went to the rail coffee. pretty famous there.

and than opposite was:

old town coffee which singapore also have. but these was the orignal.

went to walk around the old mall. than head back to rail cofee to have lunch and head to hotel.

The one and only 3 star hotel there.

than head to do foot massage.

seriously~ i dont't feel anything while the "shi fu" massage my foot. is either the "shi fu" is no good, the "shi fu" never use his strength or im too healthy.

Than head to eat asam fish which is recommend by a friend live there. than head to another friend house. that friend house surrounding are MANSION. yes it is~ all the big big house are there. that friend house was also pretty big. went there to eat durian and drink tea.

than head back to hotel. went to their ktv there. no new song. but at least last year song was still available.

than went back to sleep.

Day 2:

wake up at around 9am. went to eat "bak ku teh" which was recommend by the same person.

than head to the new mall to walk walk. nothing much there too. cause it was new and some of the shop are still renovating.

than went to secret recipe for lunch. as we order cake and ate too much during breakfast. so lunch was just cake. haha.

by the way. singapore secret recipe is selling for around $5 singapore dollars and at there was also selling at $5 but is in malaysia ringgit. omg lar~ it so much cheaper.

than heading back to singapore.

took this while the car was pumping the petrol.

than went to raffles marina club house to have dunno is late lunch or early dinner. haha~ the food there is pretty nice.

than head back home and sleep~

today went to east point for s.h.e autgraph session. =)

i leave my home at 9.30am like that. than expected to reach at 10.30am. as what i though~ reach at that time. went to buy some drink first than go straight to que. was already very back liao so wait n wait n wait. than is 2pm liao. S.H.E reach and doing live broadcast for 933. than start autograph session around 4pm like that. and finally i got mine at around 5pm. lucky me got all 3 item to be sign. those behind only manage to get 1 of the item to be sign becuase S.H.E going for the next stop.

today i was wait up by a call at around 9.40am. i see the phone, LQ??? why LQ call me at this timing. than she told me that my name was on the list for the project showcase briefing and photo taking. i was like. zZz. so i prepare everything wearing former and head down to school. reach a around 10.30am. guess i miss the briefing, but who care. went for the photo shoot.

i call my supervisor regarding the writeup template, he say he will send it to me. and mr george call me. he say he already informed me about today thing during after my presentation that time. rubbish~ he only say it will be on wednesday and will email me for more deail and i didnt receive any lor.

than just now reach home at around 2 plus plus like that. check email. no mail from my supervisor again. so i sms him. and he say he jus sent only. duhz~

and now i need to go and do my writeup for my project showcase. sayo~

today meet with some friends to go ikea for a late lunch. meet 2.30pm cause 1 of them having presentation at 1pm, so meet at 2.30pm.

i reach at 2.30pm sharp and everyone was late. ok~ fine. in the end i wait for almost 1hr there for everyone to reach. and in the end the one having presentation didnt come. OMG!!! so why meet 2.30pm. waited my 1 hr just like that.

than head to ikea to have late lunch or should i say tea break. cause it alomost 4pm.

than walk around ikea and have some joke on each other. than go giant to get thank you present for a lecturer. not me but LQ group. dunno why also, they just say that lecturer was very good to them and help them alot on their major project.

"i think u r very good. i can see that u have improve in your presentation skill. you use whatever you have learnt in school in this presentation and project. you are very confident in your presentation and you present like you treat this project as your own. you did a great job."

wah~ i was so happy man~ really happy~ and vijayan said:
"i had to agree with what george had said~ you really did a good job".

wah seh~ CRY!!! lol~

of cause they also mention some bad parts. but who care about the bad parts right~ haha~~

that mark he end of my final subject for the course~ i think i will be able to graduate with that kind of remarks given. hahaha~~~

cny 2009 is coming. time to do some spring cleaning and this is what i hate most. cause my house is really untidy and dirty. haha~~

today went out to buy cny clothing with kok chuan, gabrel and alaric.

before i met them went to hougang interchange to meet kaye and return her hers tripod.

one thing for sure is, i buy thing really too fast. which is not really good. cause i went in a shop, i see the thing not bad and just buy. haiz~ than i see something more nicer. haiz~~ nvm that. all of us had bought something for ourself. and the one spent the most money is~~ deng deng deng deng~ gabriel~~ haha~ want know how much? haha~ go ask him~ lol~ but what he bought was pretty nice~

after the shopping we went to starbuck sit down and chit chat for a long time. than dinner and off home~~

today went to school (in fact is everyday exclude saturday, sunday and public holiday). err~ discussing about going to watch red cliff 2~ finally decided to watch after some time.

before watching, went to fort canning park first. because kok chuan mp group want to go there to test their application. go there let mosquito bute. can learn dancing also~ cause jumping around to avoid getting bite. after that went to the cathay to watch red clif 2. after that went to eat and go back home. haha.

when i am on the way back home, i found that alot of small group of student are gathering around some playground near my house. i know today is the relasing date of "O" level. but why tis time than come out. haha. ok that too random. bye~

was organizing an outing to eat steamboat for my class. and the result was just sad. had been changing date to suit many. this person can than person cannot. so in the end left 4 person (me, alaric, kok chuan and gabriel). the 4 decided to catch a movie. decided to watch IP man.

than when we buying the tix~ IP man only left single seat for our timeslot. so we change to bedtime story. the show was pretty nice and funny. no review on the movie by me cause i dont know how to write one. haha.

just to say~ guy outing are like nothing to do de lor. dont know what to do. if you are not buying anything than you wont have any idea to go where. cause shopping is not meant for guys like us.

so we decided to sit down and have a drink chit chatting. sit until dinner. went for a dinner and went home.

i was actually trying to get a new small sling bag for myself. was looking around while walking, but can't find any shop that sell. so maybe some other day ba.

so tired~ so long never wake up so early liao.

my alarm cant wake me up on time. i set 6.30am and wah la. the alarm didnt manage to wake me up. but i wake up in a fright which time is around 8am. hohoho. equal i wont be able to catch the shuttle bus. so travel from hougang all the way to jooo koon circle. it is so far.

i reach office at around 10.30am. than afer meeting wah lar~ around 11.30am liao~ i cant believe the meeting last for 1hr. and i though it was just a submission. oh ya~ before i leave office, my supervisor got a request for me. he want me to help him go to the data centre to change the tape. it was like.. err... ok~~~ i regret after i say ok~ that was me~ dont know how to turn down people.

so before i went to jurong point before i head to buona vista. it was so big after it was extended until i almost got lost inside. haha.

today travel damage: $6 on bus and mrt

funny encounter:

on the way to office, i see 2 deep deep long kang. 1 from ATB and LZB and none from CB. if duno wat that mean, go google.

bad encounter:

my ipod got low batt before i reach home. (ok this is not that bad)
i saw a big size man snatching a seat from an old auntie.

tomorrow i will be meeting my supervisor to hand in my project. and this will mark the end of IP between me and the company. but for school, it haven end.

ahhhhhhhh sian ah~~ ok regarding the previous blog about the problem thing. i already solve it on that day.

after 1 month of testing and researching and changing. my bloody brain finally start working.everything come all at a sudden until i got no enugh time to finish it up. ideas got too many also no good. actually my ideas are to actually COUNTER the possible question that will ask during the presentation. and of course to do a good job for the company.

ok~ 1 big problem solve and 1 small problem appear. solving this small problem and many many big and small problem starting to pop out. win liao. no time liao. haiz~~

ok~ problem solving for everybody:

i got these dynamic text that i mention earlier on.
ok~ before i continue i has to tell you all something about dynamic text.
dynamic text is not like static text which will be embeded as what it is. but dynamic text is drawing text from external source (which is changeable). so id you are trying to use other font that other dont have. it will show the default font.

now im continuing into the problem.
i was suppose to use the company font which normal user wont have. so i had embed the company text into flash and use it. everything is working fine. tata~~ now the application have to be chinese also. not everybody had chinese install in their computer. so the chinese part sure kena shoot de. now problem is:

how to embed chinese font or character into flash?

ok~ everybody, i am going into the final week of my integrated project. haiz~ very sad~
why sad?

because i got some part still cant work it out. sighz~

nobody can help me. T.T

if anybody can answer my question it will be great.

here goes the question:

im working on a training in flash.
there was a flv.
added with actionscript cuepoint.
with 3 dynamic text to display the cuepoint, i name it 1, 2 and 3.
1 is the current cuepoint.
2 is the previous cuepoint.
3 is the previous previous cuepoint.

now~ everything is working fine.

the problem now is~
i want to convert 2 and 3 into button so i can click on them than it will jump to their respective cuepoint.

dont ever mention just convert a text to button. it wont show the dynamic text if converted into button.
dont ever mention use this lor, use that lor. give me an example code.

who ever can help me solve. reward will be given~
